To watch IPTV on a Hisense VIDAA TV, install Hot IPTV from the VIDAA App Store, write down the MAC address it shows, and add your M3U link at hotplayer.app/upload from your phone. That's it — about 10 minutes, no box needed.
VIDAA is the system on most Hisense TVs and on many Toshiba and Vestel models. It has no Google Play Store, so guides that tell you to "install Downloader" do not apply. The good news: Hot Player is published in the VIDAA App Store, so nothing has to be sideloaded.
Is my TV a VIDAA TV?
Press the Home button. If the home screen says VIDAA or shows a VIDAA App Store / App Store tile, this guide is for you. If you see the Google Play Store instead, your Hisense runs Google TV or Android TV — follow the Android TV guide.
What you need
- A VIDAA TV (Hisense, Toshiba or Vestel) connected to the internet
- An IPTV subscription — or a free 24-hour test, no card needed
- Your M3U link (in your delivery email and on your account page under Subscriptions)
- A phone or computer for the final step
- At least 15 Mbps for HD, 30 Mbps for 4K
Which player works on VIDAA?
On VIDAA we use Hot Player, listed in the store as Hot IPTV by STE DIGI VIBES. IBO Player is not available in the VIDAA App Store, so if you have seen it in another guide, skip it here.
Step 1: Open the VIDAA App Store
Press Home on the remote and open the VIDAA App Store (sometimes just App Store or Apps).
Step 2: Search for Hot IPTV
Use the search field and type Hot IPTV.
Step 3: Check the developer
Before installing, open the listing and check the developer is STE DIGI VIBES. Similar-looking apps exist; only this one is covered here.
Step 4: Install and open
Select Install, wait for it to finish, then open the app.
Step 5: Write down the MAC address
Hot IPTV shows a MAC address on its first screen. Take a photo of it — it is the app's own code, not the MAC address in your TV's network menu.
Ready to watch?
Try every channel free for 24 hours. No payment, no commitment.
Step 6: Add your subscription
On your phone or computer:
- Open
hotplayer.app/upload. - Type the MAC address from the TV and select Next.
- Leave Source on Link, paste your M3U link, give the playlist any name and select Save.
- Close Hot IPTV on the TV and open it again — your channels, movies and series appear.

Troubleshooting
Hot IPTV is not in my VIDAA App Store
Check the spelling, and that the TV's country setting is correct — the store differs by region. If your model still does not list it, plug a Fire TV Stick into an HDMI port; it is the quickest workaround on any TV.
Can I install Downloader or an APK on VIDAA?
No. VIDAA is not Android and cannot install APK files. Any guide that suggests it is meant for a different TV.
The channels buffer
Restart the router and TV, use a cable if you can, and make sure no one else watches on the same line at the same time. See IPTV buffering: what actually works.
FAQ

Not on VIDAA — it is not in the VIDAA App Store. It does work on Hisense models that run Google TV or Android TV.
Does IPTV work on Toshiba and Vestel TVs too?
Yes, if they run VIDAA the steps are identical. If they run Fire TV (some Toshiba models do), follow the Firestick guide instead.
Is Hot IPTV free on Hisense?
The app is a paid licence per TV, but it is free with our 12-month, 24-month and Lifetime plans.
